National Providers in Extended Network is changing. Health New England’s out-of-area network will transition to the Cigna Healthcare PPO Network effective January 1, 2027.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Cigna provider search will return some provider types that are not part of our Extended Network program for Commercial PPO plans. Please disregard the following provider types:
- Dentists in any state
- Medical Providers located in the Health New England Network Service area including:
- Massachusetts: Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire and Worcester counties
- Connecticut: Hartford, Litchfield, Tolland and Windham counties
- Vermont: Bennington and Windham Counties
